Perform Admin Tasks
This guide shows you how to access the main menu and perform administrative tasks such as viewing transaction history, generating reports, and configuring settings.
Accessing the Main Menu
Press on the menu icon in the left upper corner of the screen to access the Main menu.
Transaction History
View past transactions and reprint receipts.
- Go to Main menu.
- Select Transaction History.
- Browse through past transactions.
- Select a transaction to view details.
- Option to reprint receipt if needed.
Note: You can also void transactions from the Transaction History screen by selecting a transaction and choosing Void (only for unsettled transactions).
X-Report
An X-Report shows current transaction totals without resetting them. Use this for mid-day reconciliation or shift changes.
- Go to Main menu.
- Select X Report.
- The report prints automatically showing:
- Total sales count and amount
- Total refunds count and amount
- Breakdown by card brand
Z-Report
A Z-Report shows transaction totals and resets them. Use this at the end of the business day.
- Go to Main menu.
- Select Z Report.
- The report prints automatically showing:
- Total sales count and amount
- Total refunds count and amount
- Breakdown by card brand
- Totals are reset to zero after printing.
Warning: Z-Report resets cannot be undone. Only run a Z-Report when you're ready to close out the day.
Settings
Access terminal configuration options.
- Go to Main menu.
- Select Settings.
Connections
Configure network connectivity:
- Wi-Fi – Connect to wireless networks
- Mobile network – Configure SIM/mobile data settings
- Integration status – Enable/disable EPOS integration mode
Receipts
Configure receipt options:
- Disable "Print to Screen"
- Disable merchant receipt printing
Security (Passwords)
Configure password protection:
- Set or change menu passwords
- Enable/disable password-protected functions
Plugins (Tipping)
Configure tipping functionality:
- Go to Settings > Plugins.
- Enable TIP toggle.
- Configure tipping options as needed.
Validation Keys
Cycle encryption keys when needed (e.g., after "MAC invalid" errors).
- Go to Main menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Connections.
- Select Payment Service.
