Process a Refund

A refund returns money to the customer's card.

1. On the amount entry screen, select Refund from the dropdown.
2. Enter the refund amount and press OK.
3. Customer presents the card (chip, contactless, or swipe).
4. Wait for authorization.
5. Transaction receipt prints automatically.
